Delete your account

Delete it yourself (web or mobile app)

1. Sign in to your cov0 account.
2. Open Profile → Danger Zone (in the mobile app: Profile → Danger Zone).
3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
4. Select Delete account. You'll be signed out immediately.

Can't sign in?

Email info@cov0.com from the address registered on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We'll verify ownership and delete the account.

What gets deleted

Your account is marked for deletion right away and you lose access immediately. Your profile, login credentials and personal information are removed. Some records may be retained briefly for legal or operational reasons before final removal, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content your team uploaded (video, plays, calendar and attendance records) belongs to the team and remains available to its other members.

Deletion is permanent

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Need help first? Visit Support.
