1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), team and role data, and the content your team uploads (video, playbook plays, calendar events, attendance and roster records).
2. How we use it
To operate the Service: authenticate you, show your team's content, send notifications you've opted into, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
Your team's content is visible to other members of that team according to their role. We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, video storage/CDN) to run the Service; they process data only on our behalf.
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account (Profile → Danger Zone) marks it for deletion; some records may be retained briefly for legal or operational reasons before final removal.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile information, change your password, opt in or out of notifications, and delete your account at any time from Profile settings, on web or in the mobile app.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to your team's data requires authentication and is scoped to your team membership.
