I forgot my password
Use Forgot passwordon the sign-in screen. If you're signed in, you can change it from Profile settings.
How do I join or switch teams?
Ask your coach or team admin for an invite. Your role (Coach, Analyst, Player) controls what you can see and edit.
My video is not uploading or playing
Check that you have a stable connection and that the file is a standard video format (MP4 recommended). Large uploads can take a few minutes to process before the thumbnail appears. If it still fails, email us the video title and team name.
I am not receiving notifications
Open Profile settings and make sure notifications are enabled. On mobile, also check that notifications are allowed for cov0 in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Danger Zone, enter your password and confirm. The same option is available in the mobile app. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
